The series is set along BR-163 and portrays "a complex web that turns the world's largest rainforest into a global wholesale market for timber, gold, beef, and soy." The visual concept draws from this description, using photographs from the fieldwork as cutouts to create a graphic narrative that blends the elements under analysis. The project consists of six interconnected images; therefore, the overall idea needed to accommodate flexible applications.
The image demonstrates the combination of elements that resulted in the visual composition. The cutout photographs underwent a uniform stylization process, and the final touch was the saturation of colors, enhancing the desired atmosphere: the intricate narrative captured and the vibrant life of the Amazon.
